Doing a HI punch list today, boy did he miss a lot! Nothing in this panel was on his list. The AFCI’s were feeding two wire circuits. The bond screw wasn’t tightened, so all of the neutrals that were terminated illegally on the ground bar were open. This panel looked like it was installed fairly recently, because the AFCI’s were PON. Changed them to combo AFCI/GFCI.

Yeah, it definitely wasn’t permitted! It’s the house of one of my commercial customers sister in law. He didn’t know who changed the panel, it was one she was flipping.
