Sam, how deep did they have to drive the ground rods over there?

Was the cover requirement the same for buried cable?

It was on a US Air Base so it was treated as U.S. soil and we went by the current code book. We generated our own power and had our own HV lines run from the temp power plants to the secondary distribution equipment.
