Hi guys,

I just wanted to post a few pics from a job we're finishing up. It turned out rather well.

Thanks, however I cannot take all the credit. My co-workers are all highly-skilled "conduit ninjas". Anyway those pictures represent only a very small fraction of a $2 million job. Half of that was MV (12.47 kV) work.

I particularly like the professionalism displayed in that conduit work.

That is one talented professional!

Now the truth - how did they bend that pipe? That's not all done by hand is it?

The majority of that pipe was in fact bent by hand. Only the large-bore stuff was bent on a machine. We do that sort of work all the time so we get lots of practice!
Absolutely excellent!
Clean, neat, tidy. I like that.

And, as others have noted, that conduit is a work of art.
Interestingly, I was having a discussion about wiring methods on a UK forum - I'm from UK - and the topic of conduit came up.
We don't use it here very much these days. We wouldn't now have the skills to do that sort of installation. Even procuring the materials would be a challenge I think.

Thanks for presenting the pictures of such professional work. It makes a change from some of the horror stories we come across.

Excellent work.

Now that's what I call "installed in a neat and workmanlike manner."

If not conduit, what wiring methods do you typically use?

Thank you all for the compliments. I would have liked to show a few more pics but I did not have the customer's permission. This job is an expansion on an existing manufacturing facility and much of their process is proprietary so my pics were limited to some mechanical / electrical rooms.
