Piping or Ductwork over Telecommunications panel in dwelling units

I know NEC doesn't allow to run any other systems other than electrical above the panels,load centers but what about the S-one boxes in the closets of dwelling units?Can we run any piping or ductwork above it?Does NEC say anything about this?

What are the "S-one" boxes you speak of?

Generally communications equipment should be subject to the same clearance requirements as a panel but nowhere is is written. :happysad:
