See attached picture, this is a Leviton 5W110 Patch Panel, without fiber. I would like to find a source for the white plastic clip 2 shown. It has flexible legs that overlap so its quick to use when dressing fiber. I take each fiber and route it to the PP, Velcro would not work as well

Are they attached by “stickie back” like tie mounts?
