I can't find anything prohibiting it. The only thing i can tell you is that it must enter the building through a noncombustible material (metal).

brantmacga,
If that section requires condcuit it is very poorly worded.
Where a primary protector is installed inside the building, the communications wires and cables shall enter the building either through a noncombustible, nonabsorbent insulating bushing or through a metal raceway.
It seems to give you a choice as to the use of a raceway.

The answer to your question, IMHO, is yes you can, your wiring is indoors, 880.50 (C) is what must be done when you enter said building, nothing to do with internal wiring.

what types of raceway are non-metallic and non-combustible? i assumed anything that wasn't metal was considered combustible.

800.50(C) does not require the use of a raceway. It requires the use of an insulated bushing or a metal raceway. As long as I use the required bushing at the point of entry I do not need the metal raceway. Once I have passed through the insulating bushing, Exception #2 to 800.113 lets me run up to 50' of the outside plant cable within the building.
