hi there just wondering if anyone would have any notes for beginners on programme logic control and for calculating the neutral current in a three phase 4 wire system,or if you know of any books that i could get with these subjects in mind.

A PLC is a logic device, why would it care about calculating neutral current? If you are using transducers to measure currents, and neutral current is important enough to be used in the PLC logic, just use one on the neutral too.
