Please check me out on the wiring of a 480V to 240/120 Transformer

Hoping someone will check me out on this. Pretty confident of the primary side. On the secondary side, X1 and X4 will provide the 240V between them. X2 and X3 will tie together and provide the neutral leg. Here's where I need verification. X2 and X3 will be bonded to building steel right? Thanks in advance!

correct Grounding electrode conductor, system bonding jumper, equipment bonding jumper and grounded conductors all connect to X2-X3
