Any of the major manufacturers will be happy to sell you one, but expect a long wait with all the supply chain issues. I typically prefer and use Siemens gear, last I heard they were quoting about 80 working days for panel boards. I wouldn't expect much difference from Eaton or square D at the moment.

Can you clarify what you mean by "with current transformer"? Do you mean a separate CT metering cabinet? You can order switchboards with metering sections but not panel boards.
