Please help me install ethernet port in Basement

All cables are upstairs and in uncomfortable places. Unfortunately they are are snugly tucked and I can't push one in.
Please my family abusing me and i need ethernet. Doesn't want to accept my links, so here are pictures

And I don't see any ethernet cables etc in your pictures, so you may mean something else. Get an electrician on site to assist you.
