please help me study for an electrical exam

where can i find the answer in the 1999 code book for this question? i had looked in article 680 but could not find the answer. is it somewhere else?

Fixed or stationary equipment rated 20 amperes or less, other than an underwater lighting fixture for a permanently installed pool, shall be permitted to be connected with a flexible cord. What is the length of the flexible cord and sixe of equipment grounding conductor that shall be used?

The answer is in Part A of Article 680.

1999 NEC, 680-7: 3 feet, #12 EGC. The 2002 version dropped the 20 amp limit, and cites 250.122 for the EGC (minimum is still #12).
