Please help with on-delay timer

so im a college student at Augusta tech in my motor controls 2 class we have a project going on. In this project we have to wire up a motor using a time-delay and a start stop button but my teacher seems to be incompetent in teaching this. I am very familiar in a 3-wire control and how to follow the logic in a line diagram. If someone could show me how this should be wired up for it to come on after 20 secs or so that would be greatly appreciated.
