Need to size a wireway or box for (2) 3" conduits in one end and out the other. The conductors will be spliced.

Since the conductors are spliced, I use 314.28(A)(2) instead of 314.28(A)(1). So, 3x6=18 + 3 (for the second conduit) to come up with a minimum length of the box of 21" and the width just needs to allow the entry of the (2) 3" conduits.

Did I miss anything?

Looks good, did you size the taps to make sure they will fit comfortably?
