I have plenum heater 1.9kw 208V single ohase breaker size provided is 20A.

Does the plenum heater require disconnect? NEC 2017 section 424?

Scope of article 424 says not for process HVAC. I have high rise residential building. What is process HVAC?

But then found 424.65 for duct heater disco. Is this for plenum heater or not?

It appears they can be installed "free air" in a plenum or within a duct. IMO they are covered by Art 424
