PLFA (class 1 circuits)

Was on a site working on moving power and lighting circuits for remolding, and I noticed that the HVAC company had run some low voltage controls cables in the same pathway (j-hooks) as the f/a cables(PLFA)circuits. Are they in violation ? We had some talks with the control people, this is what came up. Both circuits are power limited, both cables are rated for the same voltage, No violation ?? Is this true or false..
