I never liked plug mold but once in a while I have to use it, looking for a brand or style that is extra wide or deep, and ideas?

EMT, 4 x 4 boxes, and paint. I have had more than one customer agree.

You could use wiremold. 5400 series is about 4" high iirc.

I don't see how you could paint EMT and 4" deep boxes enough to hide it better than painted plug mold. But it might be good enough.
