Does anyone know where I can obtain Info. on setting up a Prevenative Maintenace program for New 148 unit building (9 Commercial tenants down and residential up)with a 2000 amp and a 3000 amp Main Disco Siemens switchgear?

Do you mean an outside contract for PM? or are you an in-house electrician?

I am in charge of the PM of a commercial/theatrical facility, however I'm their in-house electrician.

I don't know the contract/business end of PM.

You can search for a NETA testing company in your area, that is all they do, PM/testing of power systems.

If you are looking for info on setting up your own program in house download the NETA MTS (Maintenance testing specs) or you can look at the NFPA 70B, however the 70B is more generic.
