Does anyone know where I can find typical concrete pad details for outdoor medium voltage PMH pad mounted switchgear?
 
Look up the standard transformer pad detail for your local utility company, then change the dimensions to fit your PMH. That's how I do it. If they use pad-vaults, so much the better.

I'm assuming you know the dimensions of your PMH. You can get them right on the S&C web page.
