I used those off and on 5 to 10 years ago. We installed them at customer sites when they had complaints about service quality. We monitored 208Y/120, 480Y/277 and 480 delta. The units had CT's too, which we sometimes used. The software was okay, not great. All in all it was a useful tool for us. I've forgotten most of what I used to know about them.
