It will be interesting how well that electrician is connected with the poco. Nice neat looking job, but all three conduits are not poco spec’s sized, and those stop below grade, poco will have to install a splice box to tie to their one cable. Don’t know if it’s been inspected yet.

Which three?

It all looks good from here.
Poco requires 3” pvc, those look like 2”. They don’t go all the way to a transformer, just stub to bottom, which is fine for single meter, but poco will have to splice their feed underground, where most poco’s require a common buss, or a wireway to splice in.

We would just be required to put a sweep on the end of the conduit for one POCO. That may be what is going on here except maybe POCO is providing the sweep. Or maybe they aren't finished yet?

That’s probably what they did, which is what is required by the poco, but the pipe size doesn’t meet poco specs, most poco’s require a wireway, or conduits ran all the way to the pole or pad mount on commercial. Obviously this was done by a residential electrician. They can turn it up into a splice box, but poco’s don’t like to spend money they don’t have too.
