Point to Point Short Circuit Calculation

When you use the point to point method of short circuit calculations and you are trying to find the "f" factor and you use table "C" for a value depending on the conductor size. How do you adjust that value if you have a run with 2 conductors for each phase? Do you double the value or is there a multiplier that you would use? In my case I have (2) 4/0 wires and the value it shows in the table is 15082.

I am not familiar with the "f" factor. Are you referring the X/R ratio?
