Polarity of 3 phase receptacle

Is it legal to reverse the polarity connection of the receptacle to accommodate power for a new refrigerated case imported from Germany?
The refrigerated case plug cannot be modified at this time to reverse the polarity since it will void UL listing and warranty of the case.
For the motor of the case to run correctly the polarity requires to be reversed.

Please advise.

Yes you can change rotation at the receptacle if need be. I'm unaware of any coffee that requires the rotation at the recep be any certain way.

I once worked in a factory where one side of the department was one rotation, and the other reverse. If we wanted to use a portable filter system, we had to change the wiring in the receptacle to match the side of the building we would be using it in.
