Pole switches

I have a group of building that have several pad mount 3 phase transformers fed from nearby pole's for each transformer. Is it required by code that there should a switch on the pole for each transformer to kill power for maint. reasons. There is only 1 switch at the entrance of the compound that kills all transformers at present time.

I don't know about code , but I have seen it done your way a bazillion times .
To kill the transformer , you pull the elbow and place it in the " parking stand " . There are also " feed through " connections .
