I am taking an entrance test on 3phase meters does anyone know where to get study material pertaining to this.It is for the Utility I work for but they don't provide study materials. It will cover ct, vt a-base s-base metering.

Our utility in SE WI has their metering manual on line. I did a quick search and found their installation req's in it. From we-energies.com home page click "contractors" then on that page "electricians" then the metering manual book one (probably) or book two. Somewhere in it they had all the different meters/meter sockets they let us use with wiring diagrams.

It surprises me that they don't have any study material. The meter manual is in all probability is on-line; however, the work you will be doing will be connecting the CTs, PTs, and various metering in the metering cabinets. This may be done differently depending on the electric utility and they should have someone to help with study material unless it it just basic math and electrical theory. :)
