I was told that (in canada "hydro") uses something called polyline for their primary supply cable (14.4KV), but that for long spans it could be used for the secondary (120/240volt). I haven't seen this cable, but it apparently has 2 wires that use the primary ground to create 120/240 on the load side. Sounds funny to me...anyone know more about this type of wiring? Grounding questyions would follow next I think... thanks again!
