Are copper split bolts rated for direct burial in soil and concrete . I want to bond the rebar around the pool deck to #8 solid copper . if not what should I use. they are adding a deck to a older pool.

Many of them are but you would need to see if the ones you use are listed that way.

Usually if it has DB stamped on it then it is rated for underground.
