On a pool concrete deck where there is no structural steel, does anyone know of a listed product on the market that can be used as the "alternate means" noted in 680.26 (C) 3 ?"?

o.k. help me out here, please....
If I don't have as concrete pool with the structural steel extending into the deck, or if I don't have a bolted or welded metal pool, then I must have an alternate grid stucture, is that correct?
Can any arrangement of deck re-bar substitute for this grid ?

IMO, if you don't have a concrete pool with the structural reinforcing steel extending under the paved walking surfaces then you must use one of the alternative methods listed in 680.26(C)(3)a-c.
