Article 680.23(B)(2)(b) requires a #8 insulated wire from forming shell to junction box. In the 2002 code it is called a equipment grounding conductor, in the 05 & 06 it is called a bonding jumper. Is this conductor required to be green? Green in 02, not in 05 & 08?
