Pool light mounted on screen enclosure

2001 home has existing flood light fixture mounted in screen enclosure 10' plus away from edge of pool on gfi breaker and at least 10' above water. I can't see anything wrong with this. screen enclosure has #8 bond connected to pool steel back to pool pump. in one spot cage is within 3' from water. light installed properly in pvc conduit with insulated # 12 ground. Perhaps I am over thinking this. any comments.

2001 residential home has existing flood light fixture mounted on screen enclosure at least 10' plus away from edge of water on G.F.I. breaker about 10' above water level on outside of cage. It is rigidly attached, I can't see anything wrong with this. There is a #8 bond wire attached to screen enclosure going to pool steel back to pool pump. Looks like a good installation. At one point the cage is 3' plus away from waters edge but remember it has a #8 bond. Wiring is in pvc conduit with insulated #12 ground wire. Perhaps I am over thinking this. Picture pool with 3' raised concrete build up above ground because of sloped backyard. Does anyone see something wrong with this, if so, I would like to know. I have read the 2002 NEC handbook that was not even in affect at the time, seems ok.

For existing lighting the code says this:

(4) GFCI Protection in Adjacent Areas. Luminaires,
lighting outlets, and ceiling-suspended (paddle) fans installed
in the area extending between 1.5 m (5 ft) and 3.0 m
(10 ft) horizontally from the inside walls of a pool shall be
protected by a ground-fault circuit interrupter unless installed
not less than 1.5 m (5 ft) above the maximum water
level and rigidly attached to the structure adjacent to or
enclosing the pool.

You are good in two ways.
1) You said the lights are protected by a GFCI breaker
2) You said the lights were at least 10' above the water and rigidly attached

As far as the screened area, the code says:

(7) Metal Wiring Methods and Equipment. Metalsheathed
cables and raceways, metal piping, and all fixed
metal parts shall be bonded.
Exception No. 1: Those separated from the pool by a permanent
barrier shall not be required to be bonded.
Exception No. 2: Those greater than 1.5 m (5 ft) horizontally
of the inside walls of the pool shall not be required to
be bonded.
Exception No. 3: Those greater than 3.7 m (12 ft) measured
vertically above the maximum water level of the pool,
or as measured vertically above any observation stands,
towers, or platforms, or any diving structures, shall not be
required to be bonded.

So you're good here as you say it is bonded
