Last summer I installed a LED pool light controller. The device is marketed as waterproof. Sadly it is not. The manufacturer recommended installing in a waterproof enclosure. The controller is currently installed on a metal outdoor box.

I need some type of waterproof enclosure with a hinged door so that the door can be opened and the switch can be easily adjusted.
Any ideas?

I've no experience with them, but perhaps something like this could meet your needs:

They come in different sizes and configurations:

You'd have to mount the controller on a suitable box that's installed inside this enclosure.

I've installed those and only used a Bell box or FS box (metal outdoor box). I didn't put any cover on it as the mfg instructions didn't say to. It's been a couple of years since the last one and I haven't heard anything back from them. I think the mfg is CYA with you.

Only thing I can think of with the bell box would be an in-use bubble cover but not sure how it would mount unless the screw holes line up with the controller screws. Might have to use longer screws.
