Pool light switch NEC 680.22(C)

According to NEC 2011 680.22(C), it is possible to have a switch closer than 5' horizontally from the pool edge if the switch is listed to be closer than 5'. Has anyone ever seen a switch that explicitly approves this?

Pneumatic switches are used for that. The only things with in 5' from the pool is an air hose and a non-metallic push button that provides an air impulse via the hose to electrical switching device outside of the pool area.
