Does Art. 680.24 still apply when the conduits from the forming shells come up in a pool room? I mean, do I need a listed and labeled DECK BOX or can I mount a Hoffman box on the wall enter my two pvc pipes and exit with EMT to a GFI breaker?

yes, it must a listed & labled and comply with 680.24

I realize it is a (dumb question) but the pool contractor is telling me he has never seen a box like that and as long as I use a dedicated GFI I will be fine. I am going to buy the box and install it to code, He can wait. Thanks for the answer
