Any concern on installing a nema 1 load center in a pool mechanical room with a salt water generator? Pretty sure there will be some type of ventilation system installed.

My opinion it will be rusting in one year and the bottom might be gone in five years.

I don't think the salt would be any more corrosive than chlorine.
