a in ground pool made of fiber glass is bing istalled.it contains a wet nich fixture. around the permiter of the pool 3 feet from the edge of the pool a walk way made of paving stones will be installed no re bar involved . if you bury a solid # 8 copper wire under the pavers 4in deep and use it as your bonding ring and the tie to your pool pump, light fixture.fence,ladders and any other items which need bonding would this be code compliant? if not why not ? thanks for any help
