I have a 50amp feed to a sub panel for a pool. The feed is in pipe and all the branch circuits for the pool are in seal tight. Can I come out of this panel with UF to feed the receptacle that is required 6-20 feet from pool?

The receptacle required by 680.22(A)(3) is not required to be run in a wiring method complying with 680.21(A) or 680.22(F).

Chris,
Two questions, please.
(a) 680.22 (F) ?? What Code cycle. I can't locate it.
(b) Would the requirements of 680.21(A) apply to the "general purpose" receptacle. I see that for the pump receptacle but not the general purpose one.

Oop's I meant 680.23 (F) for wiring methods for underwater luminaires.

I do not see 680.21(A) applying to the general purpose receptacles as 680.21 us titled "Motors". The requirement for the general purpose receptacle is located in 680.22 and there is nothing in 680.22 that would require a specific wiring method for the general purpose receptacles.
