pool receptacles

I have my new code book at home and my boss just asked me this question. What distance away is the requirement for the receptacle feeding the pool pump. I think all receptacles are now 6' min. Including a required receptacle between 6-20 feet. Is that correct?

680.22 2008 NEC All receptacles are required to be a minimum of 6 ft away from the inside wall of the pool.
