Pool sub panel feeder neutral size

Under 220.61 If I have a 60 amp feeder to a pool sub panel with all my loads 240 volt except the LED lights (Maybe 1 amp). Can I reduce my neutral to a # 10? The same as the ECG. Am I reading this correctly?
