Pool Timer Wiring

Hi. Thanks in advance for ur help. I’m in Florida and have a M104t mechanical pool timer that I want to switch over to a wifi digital timer. But the wiring has me confused. Coming into the box I have a black (hot), blue (hot) and green stranded wires coming in. I’m thinking that the blue may have something to do with the heater so that when the pool pump turns off so does the heater. But not sure because I thought a pool heater would automatically stop when the sensor noticed no water flow. At any rate I found a wifi unit on line but unsure how to connect. Link to time is:
