Article 680.22 (6) (c) it states that no switch is allowed within 5' except a switch that is listed as being acceptable for use within 5' shall be permitted. Is this non grounded/plastic/? does one even exist? can anyone tell me who makes this product or where to buy one. thanks

I believe these are the listed air switches that are built into spas. Perhaps there are other listed switches out there but I have only seen air switches
