I would like to know if anyone does large swiming pools. Such as a large inground pool at a gym or health club. Is an emergency shut off visible from the swim area to shut down the pump? A low voltage type crash button, in the event the re-circulation system has to be shut down, along with a contactor near the pump motor. Is this required just for hot tubs, or pools too?
Thanks

Re: Pools

Have seen many odd sites there,By the way it is in land of lakes just north of tampa .Caliente resort $50 million being spent to build this place
132 condos 48 town homes 80 single famoly homes and a 30,000 sq. ft. club house, strip mall and 40 unit motel.
After being here for 8 months I1ve decided
1- anyone older than 80 needs to keep their clothes on
2- a woman that is 5 3 and 300 lbs has no business taking her clothes off.

And it it really funny that all activities there revolve around jumping
5 volleyball courts 8 tennis courts 2 volleyball pools get the idea

Wayne:

Isn't that called "Paradise ???" right next to a bowling alley on Rt 41.

I used to live in Wesley Chapel in the Quail Hollow Pines area.

How's the job market down there now? Are you working for yourself or a contractor. While I was going to USF I did do a short stint with Borrell Electric working on the USSA building at 75 and Bruce B Downs, but did mostly computer work.

Re: Pools

It's been a long time as I haven't lived down there in about 20 years.
But it does sound like it.
the reason I asked was the first service call I was sent on was to this place to fix a dryer circuit that was tripping breakers (initiation)

When I went to the gate the guard told me to pull over in this little parking lot and wait for the maintenance man to show me the problem. I was just sitting back relaxing when this man walked up with nothing but his tool belt on. I about fell out of the truck.
when I got back to the shop I was ready to clobber someone.

Also finding this place was a trick as boggy creek road intersects with boggy creek road. this was very cornfussing.
