I always have a hard time understanding how rodents get into enclosures and things of that nature. The only way I can see is if the meter wasn't on or the cover wasn't on. Weird.

probably through a broken weather head and when he got to the bottom he tried turning around. but you would be suprised how small a hole a large squirl can go through.

We've had a couple service calls wher squirrels have gotten inside parking lot light poles from nearby trees and chewed up wiring and died. Please put the caps on pole tops.

I was having my teeth cleaned once when a squirrel shorted out the power to the dentist office and the room went dark. The gal said we were almost done and did I want to continue using a flashlight. I said sure.

Another time while doing an inspection of a 100 MC CS137 nuclear source at a papermill I found where a bird had built a nest directly in front of the shutter which was always open. I removed the nest while looking around for any three eyed birds.

Looks like he might have got in thru that se raceway. All they need is the with of their head to squeese thru (smaller than the size of a quarter)

Worked on trying to find out why the automatic gate opener at my plant wouldn't operate. Saw a couple of ladybugs inside the controller box, which led to the discovery of ladybugs inside of the relay contact openings preventing contact - they looked like mini VW beetles parked in garages.
