Pop-up outlets?

Anyone remember a thread about pop-up outlets? Dure it I found a hard-wired one that I could use, but cant find it now....
Or does anyone know of one that can be hard-wired?

Yes thank you.... I actually had the post I was talking about on another forum. Unfortunately, almost all of the one they have are cord and plug... My situation calls for being behind sheet rock in a high-rise, and the one they do have that is hard wired and would not face up (Also a residential kitchen) is too big for the window sill that will be at a Kit counter. AHJ is considering it work-surface due to close proximity....

It's like working in hand-cuffs....
