Porcelain wire holder plate

Guys I need help. I can't for the life of me find this thing and I know I have seen them before. There appears to be some massive conspiracy and all evidence of them appears to be deleted. I need a wire holder/service entrance porcelain knob, but the type that's mounted on a flat steel plate like for surface mounting. Anyone have a name part number or link?
