Does NEC code pertain to portable buildings??

A customer wishes to wire a few portable buldings. They are 10ft X 14ft, wood studs and siding, small porch w/light. window A/C . one overhead light, 6 general purpose receptacles, one small 100amp pnl, no main or service entrance provision. Is AFCI or GFIC required ??? These units are built on wood skids and are to be shipped out of town.

Oh yeah! How well I know that!
PFS inspection or approved 3rd party with a data plate and a Tennessee label.
we play by the rules, just wish everyone did.

And the buildings we buy from the company Mike works for has the 3ed party label on it for NC. When I worked for the prison system we bought a number of these pre-wired storage buildings they all had the 3ed party inspection. The only way around the 3ed party is to go and wire the building after it is set up. Then it would be up to the local inspection department.
