Portable Power distro for festival audio

I am looking for a solution to a problem many of us in the live audio field run into:

-a temporary hookup to supply our Front of House (FOH) and Stage equipment, on a seperate leg than stage lighting. Audio equipment often doesn't like the noise of the SCR dimmer packs.
- 2 or 3 30amp circuits for amplifiers
- 4-8 20amp Edison for FOH and stage gear
-no more than 150' from a service panel
-indoor and outdoor rated. Some festivals are all-weather events.

This needs to be portable, as light-weight as possible, but still legal.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

If you want pro equipment, here's the 3 top of the line distro companies that I know of:

Meltric

A C Power Distribution

Indu-Electric

I have custom built power distro's. You most certainly want to be careful in the hook-up of these units. Any large venue probably has pin/sleeve hook-ups or twist-lock hook-ups.
No place with safety in mind will allow you to take the end of a #2cu SJO cord and 'Hot Tap' it.
Some smaller venues might have a disconect that you can wire onto the Load Lugs.
