..can anyone post the pic in the nec handbook associated with art. 250.13 ( ground terminations for transformer)
 
Is it illegal to take the 'supply side bonding jumper' (on the transformer side) and connect it to the equipment grounding bar at the transformer (which is bonded to neutral connection by means of the 'bonding jumper'?

So at the transformer you would have all the 'equipment grounding conductors', the 'system bonding jumper' and the 'supply side bonding jumper' all terminated on a bus bar mounted to the bottom of the transformer enclosure? The 'grounding electrode conductor', 'system bonding jumper', and newly created 'neutral' would terminate on the xo of transformer bus bar.

I am aware this is slightly different than the arrangement shown in the above transformer pic from handbook

Ummm, could you post a picture?:)

At any rate it sounds like exactly what is posted in the pic just illustrated different because all the connections are not drawn as landing on the same lug.

Added- the XO has to be bonded in the transfromer.
