I am installing low voltage HVAC Controls for 2, 30 story condos in tampa, fl.
There are 2 Fresh water booster pumps in each building. One on the 3rd and the Second is on about the 20th. There are electrical rooms on every floor. The pumps on the 20th are located in the electrical room. There is no meters in the room for they are fed from the floor above. But the bus duct and all chases, j-boxes ect... are located in the back of the room. The pumps actually block the way in and are permanently installed. All CATV and Fiber lines Terminate Behind these pumps.
Is there any Section in the NEC i could read on this?
