Do these units save any money ? They claim to reduce kw demand and kwh consumption.
improve pf
reduce kvar ,kva,
lightning and transient protection
improve voltage
exttend equipment life
guaranteed performance
is any of this possible? DO THEY DO ANYTHING positive?
 
it just my opinion , it's a rip offffffff. the topic have been dissscus in here before wait for some body to redirect you to the thread.
 
i am not sure about the power factor Fyi your utility company bills you base on your KW consumptions not KVA . probably the surge protection is accurate not sure though . is there any warranty provideed with the product and what does it cover .

Just a few months back I was interested in one of these rip-offs until I asked this forum about it and realized that the popular belief is that basically they are a ripoff. My interest is in the commercial areas.

My experiences??

My limited use of these conditioners have been with mostly sensitive lab and medical equipment. To were the specs called for them!! I think "clean power" sounds real good!!:smile: No harmonics!
