I have MRI that is fed from 50kW mfg power conversion. Does anyone know what power conversion is? Also does it have internal transformer or not?

OK, power conditioner. There are many varieties, you have to ask the people that spec'd it.

Do they typical have internal transformer? I have 480/277V three phase input and output is 480/277V three phase how can it have transformer?
Also what is power conditioner what do they do?
