Yes and no.

NEC load calculations generally are done using VA. So the PF (high or low) is already accounted for in whatever VA you plug into your calculations.

i think, i have to include pf because of used motorized equipment that were new in the beginning

When doing motor circuit calculations - you are supposed to use full load currents in tables 430 part XIV. For the AC motors those values are for the most inefficient and lowest power factor motors you would likely ever find - so power factor is already included in the FLA you will use for each motor. Most of the time you will be designed to carry much more current then you actually have on a feeder or service with many motors on it.
